摘要: Background: Near patient tests for Helicobacter pylori were developed to assist in the management of dyspepsia patients general practice. Most studies performed western populations. Aim: To evaluate rapid whole blood test (Flexpack HP) H. Chinese population. Methods: Consecutive dyspeptic referred upper endoscopy recruited. Conclusion: The FlexPack good specificity but lacked sensitivity. It is not sensitive enough be used practice setting test-and-treat approach population.
