摘要: The extracellular nuclease from tobacco cell cultures is competitively inhibited by nucleotides that bear a 2′-phosphomonoester group. One of these nucleotides, NADP, immobilized on agarose able to adsorb the nuclease. enzyme released resin alteration pH value at which NADP much less inhibitory, or passage buffer containing substrate, product, inhibitor, high concentration sodium chloride through column. interaction between and NADP-agarose dependent upon presence adenosine 2′-phosphate 5′-diphosphate ligand in resin. also bind several other sugar-unspecific nucleases RNA-specific nucleases.
