摘要: Facile nickel coating on a copper surface was successfully fabricated via an electrodeposition method from ammonium sulfate and then modification done by subsequent immersion into the sol–gel mixture of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES), tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) lauric acid (LA). The morphology, chemical composition wettability were characterized means scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force (AFM), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy water contact angle (WCA) measurements.
