摘要: High levels of expression either the epidermal growth factor receptor or receptor-like HER2/neu gene product p185HER2 have been observed in a variety human malignancies. Because association this high level with certain tumors, we generated panel monoclonal antibodies specific for to study their structure, function, and antigenic domains normal neoplastic states. We used epidermoid carcinoma line A431 generate five which immunoprecipitate receptor.
