摘要: Laryngeal cancer is the most common head and neck (skin excluded) with increasing rates of morbidity mortality in world. The emerging roles microRNAs (miRs) laryngeal have been deeply investigated recent years. Deregulated miRs are frequently detected tissues cells cancer, which work as oncogenes or tumor supressors to regulate cell proliferation, metastasis invasion, etc. Here we reviewed recognized diagnosis, prognosis therapy cancer. Although there lots challenges including sensitivity, specificity, accuracy safety, growing improvements remain encouraging promising.
