摘要: Background: We undertook a prospective trial to compare the efficacy and adverse effects of gonadotropin releasing-hormone analogue (CnRHa) clomiphene therapy for idiopathic normogonadotropic oligoasthenozoospermia (INOA). Methods: Between January December 1995, 44 newly-diagnosed INOA patients were randomly allocated treatment with GnRHa or citrate. Efficacy was assessed by measuring changes in semen parameters prior after 3 months treatment. Twenty-three underwent 15 μg diluted buserelin acetate given once day intranasally, 21 treated 50 citrate daily oral administration. Results: The mean sperm density group increased from 1 6.1 times 106/mL 26.9 106/ml(P < 0.05), while did not change significantly clomiphene. Similarly, motility 35.9% 43.9% (P but group. No observed either group. Conclusion: This protocol can be administered as an outpatient is hoped benefit patients.
