摘要: MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs whose function as modulators of gene expression is crucial for the proper control cell development, differentiation, and homeostasis. The total number composition miRNAs expressed per at different stages development varies widely, same miRNA may differently development. In this prospective study, we evaluated miR-125b developmental glioblastoma cells, such primary cells corresponding stem cells. CD133 an important surface marker in We found that upregulation had no effects on invasion CD133-negative but it could inhibit CD133-positive cells; however, downregulation also promoted Further research into underlying mechanism demonstrated were associated with alteration MMPs (MMP-2 MMP-9) inhibitors (RECK TIMP3). Our results demonstrate plays essential role not Therefore, represent a novel target therapy targeting future.
