摘要: Oestrogen/oestrogen receptor (ER) and vitamin D/vitamin D (VDR) systems have been implicated in the pathogenesis of colorectal cancers. The expression erbB-2 epidermal growth factor (EGFR) cancers has suggested to diagnostic prognostic significance. In our study, XbaI PvuII polymorphisms ER gene BsmI polymorphism VDR were studied 56 Caucasian patients with rectal cancer. relationship between genotypes oncogenes was also investigated. presence x allele significantly correlated overexpression EGFR oncogenes. Significantly increased observed B allele. XXbb allelic combination ER/VDR genes associated a lower expression, whereas other higher oncogene seen. Our data raise possibility that accompanied by variable might influence pathogenetic processes
