摘要: Both murine and human epidermal growth factors (EGFs) are known to cause precocious opening of the eyelids in newborn mice. Another set peptides that structurally functionally homologous EGFs type-alpha transforming (TGF-alpha s), TGF-alpha s have been found many cancer cells it has suggested their autocrine action may play an important part malignant transformation. In several vitro systems interchangeable with EGFs. However, vivo activity not characterized, as only small amounts these were available until recently. The cloning gene for its expression Escherichia coli now allow us demonstrate is active EGF promoting eyelid Furthermore, we show a dose-dependent assay potent homologue respect this biological property.
