Carcinome canalaire in situ : est-il éthique de considérer le traitement conservateur comme un standard ?

摘要: Resume L’incidence croissante des carcinomes canalaires in situ (CCIS) au cours 20 dernieres annees necessite que les strategies de traitement soient soumises a une reevaluation continuelle et decisions prises maniere multidisciplinaire. La prise en charge CCIS reste un defi 2003. mammectomie doit toujours etre consideree comme le reference car elle garantit guerison dans presque tous cas, alors la chirurgie conservatrice suivie d’irradiation est associee taux recidive locale 7 a 10 % cinq ans. Cependant, meilleure connaissance facteurs pronostiques nous autorise proposer strategie grand nombre patientes sans influencer negativement leur pronostic. Cette revue presente arguments qui permettent justifier choix raisonne differentes options therapeutiques fonction situations clinicopathologiques.
