摘要: The purpose of this study was to examine the stage secondhand smoke avoidance behavior adolescents in rural areas Vietnam and related factors affecting such behavior. participants were recruited from two middle schools located Hai Thuong Trieu Trach commune, Vietnam. Data collected January 2016 by distributing collecting a self-administrated questionnaire. data analyzed (n = 166) using SPSS 21.0 for frequency, percentage, ordinal logistic regression. largest proportion classified maintenance (41.6%), followed action (19.9%), preparation (15.1%), pre-contemplation (13.3%), contemplation (10.2%) stages. higher self-efficacy (p 0.003) more frequent discussion with parents about dangers smoking 0.001). findings indicated that avoiding associated adolescents.
