摘要: The full distribution of the conductance P(G) in quasi-one-dimensional wires with rough surfaces is analyzed from diffusive to localization regime. In crossover region, where statistics dominated by only one or two eigenchannels, numerically obtained found be independent details system average as scaling parameter. For < =2e(2)/h, shape remarkably agrees those predicted random matrix theory for fluctuating transmission eigenchannels.
