摘要: We here report survival in patients with multiple system atrophy (MSA) a large, prospectively studied group of MSA. Eighty-five 100 were known to have died. Three rediagnosed as having PD. Twenty-four came autopsy, which showed MSA 22 and idiopathic Parkinson's disease 2. The median time was 8.6 7.3 years for men women, respectively (hazard ratio women 1.49, 95% CI 0.97-2.31, P = 0.07). Except rediagnosis PD, no predictive factors better could be identified. These data confirm the relatively poor prognosis less than 9 on average.
