摘要: Abstract We review methodological approaches commonly employed for the determination of human-body-odor (BO) components. As a first step, we evaluate common types BO and sampling and/or preconcentration strategies them. also emphasize potential odor components as health-diagnosis tool. critically gas chromatography-based detection methods in terms their feasibility human-BO monitoring. discuss recently developed on-line methods, especially sensor-based techniques to assess odorant released by human body. Finally, highlight limitations future prospects investigation BO.
