摘要: Three classes of glycolipids (TMM (trehalose monomycolate), TDM dimycolate) and GM (glucose mycolate)) containing mycolic acids as hydrophobic components were isolated from a strain Nocardia rubra (Rhodococcus rubrum) their structures have been partially characterized using infrared spectrometry, gas-liquid chromatography gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Acid or alkaline hydrolysis revealed that trehalose was the sole water soluble component in TMM TDM, while glucose hydrophilic GM. On other hand, saturated, monoenoic dienoic with carbon atoms ranging C36 to C50 contained constituents fatty acid moiety at C44. From analytical results, TMM, tentatively identified monomycolate, dimycolate respectively. The composition differed significantly by glycolipid : highest amount saturated detected GM, significant found cell wall bound lipid fraction (BL). All these three showed strong granuloma forming activity lungs spleen ICR mice 1 week after intravenous injection 100 500 μg W/O/W micelles Freund's incomplete adjuvant. These results indicated shorter chain C40-50, corresponding less acyl numbers monosaccharides such glucose, can also produce foreign body-type without protein antigens.
