摘要: The present study was designed to investigate how octacalcium phosphate (OCP) induces an immune response and whether the is involved in biodegradation subsequent bone formation by OCP implantation defects. Tissue cellular responses were compared with those hydrolyzate (referred as HL hereafter), which a Ca-deficient hydroxyapatite (HA) prepared through hydrolysis, implanting them rat tibia defects from 5 days one month. They also incubated macrophage cell line J774.1 for 3 vitro. Immunostaining, tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase (TRAP) staining, histomorphometric analyses indicated that CD68-positive macrophage-like cells, CXCL2-positive cells TRAP-positive accumulated around greater extent than HL. In addition, induced more extensive enhanced IL-6 production migration A physicochemical milieu containing calcium ions, simulates OCP, increased migration. Together, these results suggest stimulatory capacity of induce can be explained part moderately related its properties.
