摘要: Lung cancer has multiple risk factors and tobacco is the main one. Diet plays a role, but no clear effect been consistently observed for different fruit vegetable consumption. We aim to assess association between consumption lung through hospital-based case-control study in Spanish population. recruited incident cases 2 hospitals from 2004 2008. Controls were individuals attending hospital trivial surgery. Cases controls older than 30 did not have neoplasic history. collected information on lifestyle with special emphases dietary habits. included 371 496 controls. found protective overall For green leafy vegetables, odds ratio (OR) was 0.92 [95% confidence interval (CI) = 0.32-2.69), other vegetables OR 0.77 (95% CI 0.40-1.48) categories compared. reduced broccoli pumpkin intake.
