摘要: : To assess the presence of human leukocyte antigens (HLA) on first trimester trophoblast cells, frozen sections villous and monolayer cultures isolated cells from placental villi were prepared exposed to a mouse monoclonal antibody directed against HLA-DR then incubated with fluorescein-conjugated goat anti-mouse antibodies. Fluorescence microscopy demonstrated that present only small polygonal epithelioid culture. The crescentic staining pattern was consistent widespread distribution antigen cell membrane. There no over giant multinucleated structures or fibroblasts such cultures. No detected when this indirect immunofluorescent technique applied tissue trophoblast. Existence high concentrations hCG in culture supernatants coincident localization both using antibodies conjugated rhodamine fluorescein indicate trophoblastic origin expression under vitro conditions.
