摘要: MicroRNAs play a vital role in the regulatory mechanisms of tumorigenesis. Current research indicates that microRNA-423 (miR-423) is abnormally expressed various human tumors and participates multiple signaling pathways cancer progression. In most studies, miR-423 was confirmed as oncomiR, while few contradictory reports considered an anticancer miRNA. The paradoxical may hinder application diagnostic therapeutic target. Simultaneously, interaction mechanism between lncRNA also needs attention. this review, we have summarized dual aberrant expression its tumorigenesis, potential tumors.
