摘要: To explore the mechanism for hypogonadism associated with prolactin hypersecretion in men we examined luteinizing hormone (LH) secretory profiles four hyperprolactinaemic before and during treatment bromocriptine. Pretreatment serum levels were increased 4-100 fold testosterone low three low-normal fourth subject. Mean LH frequency of spontaneous episodes was less than normal men. Bromocriptine reduced to normal; subsequently, libido potency improved markedly each man. The rise an increase mean concentrations pulse frequency. follicle-stimulating also bromocriptine treatment. Insofar as is believed reflect a discharge gonadotrophin releasing from anterior hypothalamus, our data suggest that major abnormality disorder neuroregulatory pulsatile gonadotrophin-releasing secretion.
