摘要: Cyclin D1 is a key cell cycle regulatory protein, the expression and subcellular localization of which often altered in human tumor cells. A common A/G single nucleotide polymorphism (A870G) exon 4 cyclin gene, CCND1, associated with presence 2 distinct mRNA transcripts for this G1/S CCND1 genotype has been related to prognosis lung cancer head neck carcinoma. We have investigated both protein A870G 100 colorectal patients. Immunohistochemistry demonstrated 55% tumors, while absence was not outcome (p=0.81), high levels (>50% cells expressing D1) correlated significantly shortened overall survival (p=0.01). Using polymerase chain reaction restriction fragment length analysis, we determined frequency each found that (p>0.05). In addition, unrelated level as well other checkpoint proteins (p21, p27, p53, retinoblastoma) proliferation markers (proliferating nuclear antigen). However, higher lesser extent p21, were reduced cytoplasmic (p=0.029 p=0.054, respectively). conclusion, are cancer; however, either or patient survival. Int. J.
