摘要: Abstract Here we fabricated flaxseed oil-based neuronanoemulsions (NNEs) which were further surface-modified with a mucoadhesive polymer, N,N,N‑trimethyl chitosan (TMC) to form (mNNEs). The NNEs loaded high partitioning ropinirole-dextran sulfate (ROPI-DS) nanoplex and using hot high-pressure homogenization (HPH) technique. optimized Central Composite experimental design. TMC modified mNNE have not been prepared yet for direct nose brain drug delivery. Here, an objective provide controlled release prolonged residence on the nasal mucosa treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) is at prime consideration. Enhanced targeting through BBB bypass delivery, improved therapeutic efficacy enhanced retention formulation over mucosal membrane, reduced dose frequency administration, safety expected outcomes this experiment. was subjected 6 month stability assessment. administered Swiss albino mice model via intranasal route both, plasma pharmacokinetics estimated. in vivo studies performed exhibited efficiency delivery olfactory pathway. mNNEs could be clinics, if investigated more behavioral neurotoxicity studies.
