摘要: Results: During the first 4-year period, mean change in CRAE and CRVE was 0.37 2.54 µm, respectively. The 6-year incidence progression of DR PDR ME from 1984-1986 to 19901992 were 56%, 39%, 15%, 11%, In multivariate analyses, while controlling for duration, diabetes type, other factors, an increase 10 µm 1980-1982 associated with increases (odds ratio [OR], 1.26; 95% CI, 1.10-1.43), (OR, 1.21; 1.12-1.30), 1.19; 1.07-1.32), 1.16; 1.03-1.31). No interactions these associations by type found (data not shown). Change unrelated or Conclusions: Independent severity level, glycemic control, widening retinal venular but arteriolar diameter subsequent DR. may provide additional information regarding risk beyond traditional factors.
