miRNA423-5p regulates cell proliferation and invasion by targeting trefoil factor 1 in gastric cancer cells

摘要: TFF1 is a small, secreted protein in the TFF family that has pivotal role as motogenic factor epithelial restitution and cell motility, tumor suppressor gene stomach. In this study, we identified novel target of miRNA-423-5p. miRNA-423-5p negatively regulated expression by binding to its 3'UTR participated proliferation/invasion-related processes via TFF1-dependent manner gastric cancer cells. Our findings suggested miR-423-5p may be for future development specific therapeutic interventions cancer.
