摘要: Cytochrome P450 metabolism of arachidonic acid (AA) was investigated in human peritoneal macrophages which play a central role chronic pelvic diseases women (for example endometriosis). The formation eicosanoids other than prostaglandins (PGs) by these cells is still unknown. In non-activated obtained from the reproductive age, main [(3)H]-AA metabolites coeluted with epoxyeicosatrienoic acids, dihydroxyeicosatrienoic acids (DHETs) and hydroxyeicosatetraenoic (HETEs) reverse-phase HPLC. After zymosan activation shift to PGs pathway observed. Treatment low doses 2,3,7,8-tetrachlorodibenzo- p -dioxin increased metabolite coeluting 5,6-DHET. By gas chromatography/mass spectrometry 5,6-DHET (after beta-naphthoflavone induction), 14,15-DHET as well 11,12-DHET AA stimulation) were identified major epoxygenase metabolites, respectively. enantioselective 12(S)-HETE demonstrated chiral-phase Our findings demonstrate that produce substantial amounts bioactive cytochrome AA.
