摘要: Compositions and methods for the therapy diagnosis of cancer, such as prostate are disclosed. may comprise one or more tumor proteins, immunogenic portions thereof, polynucleotides that encode portions. Alternatively, a therapeutic composition an antigen presenting cell expresses protein, T is specific cells expressing protein. Such compositions be used, example, prevention treatment diseases cancer. Diagnostic based on detecting mRNA encoding in sample also provided.
