摘要: Malignant gliomas are highly resistant tumors against γ-irradiation and contained overexpression of p21WAF1/CIP1 (p21). Overexpression p21 enhanced clonogenic survival suppressed apoptosis after in human brain tumor cell lines with or without p53 protein deficiency. The effect antisense oligonucleotide to the γ-irradiation-induced cytotoxicity malignant glioma was examined. Antennapedia homeodomain internalization peptide used as an insertion vector. high transfection efficiency joined observed. pretreatment radioresistant cells. may represent important new target for radiosensitization protocols, possibly involving directed against.
