摘要: In order to characterize human colorectal cancer, much attention has been paid enzyme studies. However, little is known about the correlation between levels of key enzymes purine nucleotide pathway and some clinical biological indicators tumor invasiveness aggressiveness. Adenosine deaminase (ADA) 5′-nucleotidase (5′-NT) were measured in cancerous cancer-free adjacent large bowel tissues from 38 patients with carcinoma. We have analyzed relationship pathological parameters. The enzymes' activities markedly higher primary tumors than corresponding normal mucosae. ADA level tissue was significantly correlated lymph node metastasis, histologic type, location, patient's age, whereas 5′-NT showed a significant grade location. activity whose course remained stable those recurrent diseases. metabolism salvage nucleotides are accelerated tissue. Although our findings suggest that these most likely retated same histomorphological architecture tumor, authors believe long-term follow-up studies needed evaluate prognostic value for cancer.
