摘要: After the first introduction of concept "proteome" more than 10 years ago, large-scale studies protein expression, localization, activities and interactions have gained an exponential increase interest, leading to extensive research technology development. Proteomics is expansively applied in many areas, ranging from basic research, various disease malignant tumors diagnostic biomarker discovery therapeutic applications. Several proteomics approaches been developed for separation identification, characterization function structure. Two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, chromatography, capillary electrophoresis mass spectrometry become most used methods.
