摘要: Although T cell effector subsets, defined by cytokine patterns, have been recognized for more than 20 years, the functional expression patterns in vivo are still considerable doubt, particularly human cells. At least three new subsets recently identified, but committed pattern of a (e.g., Th1 cells produce IL-2, interferon-gamma, and lymphotoxin) may differ from one on occasion, which be subset its full potential. Recent advances flow cytometry allowed detailed antigen-stimulated to identified directly ex vivo. These clearly diverse major as phenotypes. Additional contributions diversity include random only part pattern, modification cytokines other mediators.
