摘要: The effect of 1,2-benzisoxazole-3-acetic acid (BOA), compared to 1-naphthaleneacetic (NAA), on adventitious shoot formation in leaf portions and indolebutyric (IBA), vitro rooting the apple (Malus domestica Borkh) cultivars McIntosh Gala, one rootstock, Jork 9, was investigated. BOA at 43.0 μm or 2.7 NAA combination with 17.8 benzyladenine (BA), induced highest number explants produce shoots 9.
