摘要: The effect of 1,2-benzisoxazole-3-acetic acid (BOA), compared to 1-naphthaleneacetic (NAA), on adventitious shoot formation in leaf portions and indolebutyric (IBA), vitro rooting the apple (Malus domestica Borkh) cultivars McIntosh Gala, one rootstock, Jork 9, was investigated. BOA at 43.0 μm or 2.7 NAA combination with 17.8 benzyladenine (BA), induced highest number explants produce shoots 9. In 21.5 1.0 thidiazuron (TDZ) 22.0 BA regeneration percentages, 58 54%, respectively, giving more satisfactory results than (where only 42% exhibited formation). McIntosh, percentage obtained 1.3 BA, while 51% response treatment. TDZ completely inhibited activity this cultivar. all genotypes most morphogenetic treatments were excised, multiplied successfully rooted hardened. demonstrate that synthetic auxin is active inducing from plant genotype dependent. When used induce microcuttings, lower percentages IBA, showing root very low it cannot be routinely replace IBA microcuttings.
